I've been in Israeli digital since its early days, working with banks, dairies, TV channels, colleges and pharma companies, in Hebrew and in English. These days most conversations start with AI and end with how a team actually works.
We start with what your team already knows about your customers. That's usually more than they think.
Then we look at what AI and digital make possible now that wasn't possible two years ago.
We find the people inside who'll carry this. Every adoption I've seen stick had a few of them.
We write down what we're doing, what we're leaving alone, and why. One page if we can manage it.
And we start. Pilots with real work, real deadlines, and someone whose job is to notice what's working.
The Lighthouse is my videocast: long talks with people building the next version of media, marketing and AI. Every episode has video, audio, a summary and an edited transcript for those who'd rather read.
Columns in Israel Hayom, articles in Hebrew and English, and some academic work. The recent ones are here; the archive is on the writing page.

Once a year I run Pro-Bono Day: a full day of free consultations, held online.
